Good question. The book is really good and I recommend to have a copy on your desk. I don't think you can download the book because it's copyright protected. But it's only available for online browsing easily.

If you need a hardcopy, you can buy one from Amazon. There are good answers for lots of
prevailing software engineering interview questions in the book.
