Before travelling to China, many people like to join in an agent, and this will save them much time and money, usually some agent provide the best service for the visitors and try their best to make them satisfied with the trip and the service. Nowadays, more and more agents will send their tour guide to welcome the visitors at the exit of the airport. Usually the guide will hold a board with visitors’ names and the travel agent’s log on it, waiting you at the exit of the airport. When you arrive at the airport, you should look for them first and make sure that you will not miss him/her. If you meet her at the airport, you should show them your comfirrmation letter and if necessary show them your ID card. If unfortunately you do not see the guide, you can call the emergency number or contact with the agent directly and they may tell you some place to go, or they just wait for you at another exit. You should always bring the agent’s number with you, you can put them on your little or in your pocket. I think most agents are responsible for the travelers , you can trust them. And in my point of view, they can make their best efforts to help you. You should pay attention to the notice of each agent and do not miss any information, if it is your fault, do not blame others. After your arrival, you can communicate with your guide for a little while and know the general information about the days and arrangement in China. During travel, you must listen to the guide and not do things alone.
