If you wish to work in China, you must obtain a China "Z Visa “and a passport. "Z Visa," also known as a work visa, which is for non-Chinese citizens traveling to China on post or employment, as well as their families. The following are the steps to get a work visa in China, please make sure every step is completed.
Before applying for a work visa, you need to find an employer. Your employer will have to take care of the documents you will need to enter China. If a company requests that you work on tourist visa, do not accept it, because this is illegal. You may download the Chinese Visa Application by Searching "Chinese Embassy” on any search engine. Your will be required to attach a passport photo to your application. It should be 2 x 2 inches, have a solid colored background and show your full forward face in the center. You should not be wearing glasses or a hat in the photo.
You need a passport that should be valid at least 15 months past your stay and that has at least one blank page
After collecting all of the above documents, you need to apply in person at a Chinese Embassy or Consulate in your county. If you have all of your documents prepared correctly, usually 4 or 5 business days you will be able to get your work visa.
