will receive a confirmation email from
myRepLunch.com as soon as a lunch is
scheduled. This email will contain a .ics
file that allows you to import a calendar
reminder into your Microsoft Outlook, iPhone
or Blackberry calendar.
2)When you log into myRepLunch.com, your
calendar will be colored orange on days
when a lunch is scheduled. By rolling your
cursor over the lunch date, details of the
lunch will appear. If you click on the date
in orange, an even more detailed description of the lunch will appear.
3)When the restaurant logs into their profile
on myRepLunch.com and sees that they have an
order, they will click “Confirm.” This will
send a second confirmation email out to the
restaurant, the healthcare provider and the
sales representative letting everyone know the
restaurant has confirmed that they will deliver
lunch at the time/date/location requested.
