Instructions to enable your SilkWise Help Desk

Step 1. To enable the SilkWise Help Desk, you need first to create a channel for your business, organization or class. Click here to create your channel.

Step 2. After the channel is registered, the system will generate the code to add into your website. If you have a website, please add the code into a current page (e.g. HTML Body) where proper, or create a new Help Desk html page and put the code in.

For websites built through Joomla, if the Javascript code is not enabled on your page, you may try the following solutions to make it work on Joomla:

Option 1. Login to your Joomla admin account. Goto Site-->Global Configuration-->Site Setting-->Default WYSIWYG Editor, select No WYSIWYG editor. You may switch back when done.
Option 2: Login to your Joomla admin account. Goto Content-->Article Manager-->Select Article-->Parameters->Filtering Options, Highlight all except 'Super Administrator', Select Blacklist. And save it. Now you can write your javascript in articles(joomla).
